I worked with Kettlemans Bagel in Etobicoke to shoot at their restaurant for a location photography course. I prepared pre-production such as a mood board, call sheet, scout and image proposal. I chose props and styled the food on location. My assistant Tara Mansfield and I worked to avoid peak hours and disrupting business during the shoot. I am very happy with how this image turned out and Kettlemans Bagel loved the final image. I was able to both feature the food and the place and capture what makes them unique. I was lucky to work with a local business so close to my heart for this project. I remember going to Kettlemans Bagel in Ottawa fondly as a kid and enjoyed being able to photograph their bagels.
