I love to listen to podcasts so designing a podcast cover is a dream come true! I imagined and designed a podcast cover for Verto Health. I chatted with the marketing team to get a sense of the brand’s look and feel. I also learned what the podcast was about and who the target audience was. I listened to the team’s suggestions and tried to think about how best to communicate our message. I played around with the astronaut, a common motif at Verto, and decided to give it a microphone. The astronaut in this design is representative of innovation and the microphone denotes Verto’s leadership in applying it. I created a few different versions and asked the team for feedback, landing on this as our final design.

I am also excited to say I worked on several episodes of this podcast. I organized equipment pickup and dropoff, assisted with filming and recording, and consulted on editing. I enjoyed being involved in all aspects of this project and hope it’s the start of many podcasts in the future.
